Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout and to keep any account credentials confidential.

We aim to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and manufacturers may update specifications, packaging or components without notice. We do not state certifications, warranties, energy ratings or country of origin unless they have been verified. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, it is covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

All prices are displayed in USD ($) and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax unless stated. Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted. Where an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or otherwise accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, a payment or fraud check fails, or quantities suggest resale. Declined orders are not charged, and any authorization is released by your bank.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our PCI DSS compliant payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and the digital wallets supported at checkout, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure environment — KOIBONI does not receive or store card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or other raw payment credentials.

Charges appear on your statement as KOIBONI. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method presented. We may perform address verification and fraud screening before accepting an order.

US state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and collected where we are registered to do so. The tax amount is always shown before payment. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically delivered 3–7 business days after dispatch. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Title passes when payment has been received in full.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge 12 hours, or any time before dispatch. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection. Products are offered subject to availability. Where an ordered product cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full.

Home appliances, garden and outdoor equipment must be assembled, operated and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety warnings. Some items require adult supervision or protective equipment. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow those instructions.

Promotions and discount codes may be limited by time, quantity, product or customer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Specific promotion terms are published with each offer. Where a discounted order is partly returned, the refund reflects the price actually paid.

Any review or content you submit must be your own honest experience of a genuine purchase. We do not publish incentivised, fabricated or purchased reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display submitted content on the site.

The KOIBONI name, site content and design are owned by or licensed to KOIBONI APEX LIMITED and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Third-party brand names, where used, are the property of their respective owners.

You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, resell products obtained through consumer promotions, or submit fraudulent orders or payment details. We may suspend access or refuse service where we reasonably suspect such activity.

The site relies on third-party services for payment, fulfilment, delivery, email and analytics. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to the services they provide. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify KOIBONI APEX LIMITED against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, utility or network failure, or government action.

Please contact support@koiboni.online or +1 650 468 5832 first — we acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the remedies available under the governing law below.

KOIBONI APEX LIMITED is incorporated in Hong Kong and is not a US corporation. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes the protection of mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws permit it.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These terms, together with our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy policies, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order applies to that order.
